THE FIBER-OPTICAL MONITOR-DOSIMETER OF PULSED IONIZING RADIATION
The fiber-optical monitor-dosimeter is developed for operative measurement of a pulsed X-ray radiation dose of the accelerator of type АRSА. Experiments on monitoring of radiation impulse form with use a "fast" scintillator URF-B18, a plastic fiber-optical cable and photo detector HFBR-2526Z are made.

THE ANALYZER OF ELECTRON RADIATION SPECTRUM WITH A DIAMOND SENSITIVE ELEMENT
Experimentally is shown the possibility of measurement of an electron radiation spectrum with the help of the spectrum analyzer with a sensitive diamond monocrystal element. The model of the spectrum analyzer, intended for research of an electron radiation spectrum, and a spectrum of the heavy charged particles in a space craft orbit with work life more than 10 years is made.

EMPIRICAL RELATIONS FOR DEPENDENCE OF THE COEFFICIENT OF RADIATION-INDUCED ALTERATION OF CARRIER LIFE TIME IN SILICON AT THE NEUTRON IRRADIATION FROM INJECTION AND DOPING LEVEL
The empirical expressions describing dependence of coefficient of radiation-induced alteration of carrier life time in silicon at the neutron irradiation from injection level and doping concentration, allowing to make calculations of radiation effects in semi-conductor devices of different classes are offered.

THEORETICAL MODELS OF THE SINGLE EFFECTS OF LOGIC STATES INVERSIONS IN BIPOLAR MICROSTRUCTURES UNDER INFLUENCE OF THE SPACE HEAVY CHARGED PARTICLES
The calculation model of inversion effects of logic elements states for bipolar digital microstructures under influence of the space heavy charged particles, considering electric conditions and topologic norms of microcircuits is developed.

THE MAIN PROBLEMS OF RADIATION RESISTANCE OF POWER SEMICONDUCTOR SWITCHES
Particular problem of radiation resistance of semiconductor items for devices of power microelectronics are considered. Classification of typical task of calculation-theoretical models development for an estimation of radiation resistance of different devices is presented. Algorithms and methods of solution of application task of an estimation and increase of radiation resistance of power semiconductor switches are proved.

RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL METHOD OF FRAGMENTS OF MONITORING SYSTEM OF SPACE IONIZING RADIATION
Experience of creation of elements of branch monitoring system of space natural ionizing radiation is considered, the basic solved problems, functional structure, the effect monitoring methods realized in designed devices for the on-board monitoring of space ionizing radiation are specified. The structure of branch information referral system is presented where results of monitoring and forecasts are reflected. Variations onboard dose measurements in 2008-2009 are analyzed.

THE NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF WEIGHT LOSS OF POLYMER COMPOSITE AT EXPOSURE IN VACUUM
Questions of weight loss of a polymer composite in vacuum at an electron exposure are considered. For the description of this process is offered the mathematical model in the form of boundary value problem for partial differential system of equations with moving boundary of domain of integration. The numerical analysis of radiation influence on distributions of potential products of gas evolution in composite taking into account change of its properties is done.

RESEARCH OF JOINT ACTION OF VOLTAGE AND IONIZATION IMPULSES ON THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR
The technique and results of experimental researches of joint action of ionization and voltage impulses on a voltage regulator are presented. It is established that the result of compound action depends on load parameters of voltage regulator and on voltage pulse polarity forming in load circuit. Thus unsynchronization to several microseconds cannot change the result of compound action.

CALCULATION METHOD OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS PENETRATING INTO SHIELDED VOLUMES THROUGH ELECTRICAL NONUNIFORMITY OF COMPLEX CONFIGURATION
The technique allowing to calculate electromagnetic fields penetrating through ungeometrical trench structures in the screen with use of the integral equations device is described. Testing results of technique of experimental curves of active and reactive components of input impedance of the linear oscillator are resulted.

THE ACCOUNT OF INFLUENCE OF PULSE FORM AND ENERGY SPECTRUM OF THE IONIZING RADIATION BY FORECASTING OF FAILURE AND ERROR LEVELS OF ELECTRONICS PRODUCTS
The calculated experimental methods and techniques of the account of influence of pulse form and energy spectrum of photon ionizing radiation by resistance tests of electronics are presented. Methods correspond to recommendations and terminology of CS «Climate-7» and are realized in the form of the concrete techniques practical approbating. Approaches of foreign standards to the account of influence of energy spectrum and radiation pulse duration on electronics resistance.

CALCULATION METHODOLOGY OF SOFT SINGLE ERRORS FREQUENCY FOR MODERN DEVICES
The methodology of experimental definition of angular dependence of failures section with the following averaging over full solid angle is offered. Equivalence of averaging over phenomenological distribution and distribution of chord lengths by failure intensity calculation is shown. The straggling role in sub threshold region of dependence of failure section from linear energy transfer is shown. The calculation method of failure intensity caused by nuclear reactions with the account of communication between BGR-method and parallelepiped model is offered. The account possibility of multiple failures in the unified calculation is shown.

USE OF CABLE SENSORS FOR RESEARCH OF SPECTRAL-ANGULAR DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRON BEAM OF THE HEAVY-CURRENT ACCELERATOR
The method of research of spectral composition of electrons passing to the atmosphere from an anode foil of the powerful accelerator under different angles concerning an axis of accelerating tube is considered. The method is based measurement of electron current with use of cable stnsors and comparison of current oscillograms to the voltage oscillogram on an acceleration gap. The approbation of a method conducted on accelerator IGUR-3, has shown its functionality. Preliminary results are obtained.

SYNCHRONIZATION OF THE MULTIMODULE HIGH-VOLTAGE IMPULSE GENERATOR OF INSTALLATION EMIR-2
Results of research of response of multimodule high-voltage impulse generator of installation EMIR-2 in the discharge circuit high-voltage impulse generator-inductive storage-electroexplosive conductor are described. It is shown that by optimum electric strength of discharger of units and by minimum inductance of inductive storage of discharge circuit is reached the synchronized operation of high-voltage impulse generator units of installation EMIR-2.

BREMSSTRAHLUNG PULSE GENERATION BY TWO ACCELERATING TUBES OF INSTALLATION EMIR-2
Results of research of bremsstrahlung pulse generation by two accelerating tubes of installation EMIR-2 are described. Generation was done at opposite position of tubes and zero time interval between radiation pulses that has allowed to receive in test volume the pulse superposition. By distance between anodes of the accelerating tube, equal 100 mm, over an area ≈ 20 sm2 the maximum of bremsstrahlung exposition dose rate on the anode of any tube makes (2 ± 0,4) • 1012 Р/с, and in the centre of test volume - (0,7 ± 0,14) • 1012 Р/с.
