APPLICATION OF NORMATIVE BASE FOR ESTIMATION AND MAINTENANCE OF RADIATION RESISTANCE OF ON-BOARD EQUIPMENT OF SPACECRAFTS
The application of regulations and requirements of effective normative documents is analyzed according to resistance of on-board equipment of spacecrafts on dose effects with consideration of their restrictions and substantiation of specifications necessary for reliability increase of this estimation taking into account environment and used technologies of electronics products.

COMPARISON OF MEASUREMENT RESULTS OF HIGH-INTENSITY PHOTON RADIATION FIELD CHARACTERISTICS
Some questions of metrological assurance of high-intensity photon radiation dosimetry in RISI, RFNC-VNIITF, RFNC-VNIIEF are discussed. Comparative measurement of photon radiation gauges on the basis of detectors PGT and SGD-8 are done. It is shown that without reference standards with high value of exposure dose rate a method «Dose by mail» with corresponding improvement can provide graduation and calibration of detectors.

IONIZING RADIATION INFLUENCE ON INTERFACE PROPERTIES IN SOI-STRUCTURES RECEIVED BY TECHNOLOGY OF DIRECT CONNECTION
Character of change of flat-band voltage in MIS-structures, created on isolation oxide of SOI-structures received by a method of direct connection and Smart-Cut-process, by ionizing radiation is investigated. It is shown that radiation defects occurrence in MIS-structures with interface thermal oxide-silicon and compound-oxide-silicon interface can be different how the compound-interface is formed. It is shown that presence of two internal interfaces complicates processes of charge accumulation in oxide by radiation.

RELATIVE DEPENDENCES OF PULSE ELECTRIC STRENGTH INDICES OF SEMI-CONDUCTOR DEVICES AND INTEGRATED CIRCUITS FROM SINGLE VOLTAGE IMPULSE DURATION

INFLUENCE OF RADIATION-STIMULATED ELECTRON GAS HEATING ON DEVELOPMENT OF AVALANCHE BREAKDOWN IN TRANSISTOR STRUCTURES
The MonteCarlo method has simulated processes of electron transport in collector-base junction of the powerful bipolar transistor by the voltages close to breakdown voltage. Influence of electron gas heating by high-energy quanta is investigated and the contribution of this effect to nucleation process of junction breakdown is analyzed. It is shown that the gas heating can initiate avalanche breakdown even at small level of material ionization. Safe voltage level is calculated at which gas heating by radiation treatment is not capable to lead to development of avalanche breakdown.

IMPROVEMENT OF PENDULOUS COMPENSATING ACCELEROMETER MODEL FOR ESTIMATION OF CONTROL SYSTEM ACCURACY CHARACTERISTICS IN THE CONDITIONS OF SPECIAL FACTORS INFLUENCE
Improvements of pendulous compensating accelerometer model are presented, and also the approach to use of this model for an estimation the accelerometer accuracy characteristics by results of their tests as a part of control system is stated.

INFLUENCE OF RADIATION TREATMENT ON PHYSICAL PROCESSES IN PULSE DISCHARGE LAMP CASINGS
Influence of radiation treatment on induced absorption spectrum in casings of doped silica glass and sapphire discharge lamp is researched. Dependence of radiation-optical stability of the investigated materials on doping concentration is shown. Influence of lamp radiative processes on the induced absorption of casing materials is considered.

RESEARCH OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS IN WAVEGUIDE EARTH-IONOSPHERE INITIATED BY ACTIVE TREATMENT ON IONOSPHERE OF HEATED STANDS FOR ESTIMATION OF RADIO CHANNELS STABILITY
Estimations for parameters of the electromagnetic waves are resulted propagating in waveguide Earth-ionosphere for low-frequency radiation taking into account the real ionosphere properties in frequency domain, comparable with Schumann resonance (1-100 Hz) where most often used for electromagnetic waves calculation in ultra long range the normal mode decomposition method is not applicable. Calculations are resulted for vertical and horizontal electric and magnetic dipoles.

FORECASTING OF RADIOLYTIC GASES CONCENTRATION IN AIR WORKING CHAMBER BY ELECTRON-BEAM MODIFICATION OF POLYMERIC CABLE PRODUCTS
The forecast of radiation gas evolution of some polymeric cable materials on basis of polyethylene, politetra-fluorethylene and polyvinylchloride is done. Calculation of volume concentration of radiolytic gases in the working chamber of the electron accelerator is made, research and practical recommendations about air cleaning of the working chamber are offered.

RESEARCH OF MICROFLUCTUATIONS OF CREEPING SPEED BY DEFORMATION OF MACROSCOPICAL SAMPLES OF IRRADIATED POLYMETHYLMETHACRYLATE
The method of laser Doppler deformometry investigates deformative change of an initial and γ-irradiated PolymethylMethacrylate samples. Occurrence of microfluctuations of polymer creeping speed both at a stage of elastic and plastic deformation is discovered. It is shown that occurrence of microfluctuations of creep speed can be considered as the casual process with flicker-noise characteristics.

CONVERTER METHOD FOR MEASUREMENT OF WAVELENGTH-TIME CHARACTERISTICS OF BREMSSTRAHLUNG OF THE POWERFUL INDUCTION ELECTRON ACCELERATORS
Basic physics of a new integral measuring method of wavelength-time characteristics of hard gamma radiation of powerful pulse sources are described. Advantage of method is possibility of precision definition of relative sensitivity of recording channels that approaches it on accuracy characteristics to differential measuring methods. Results of first practical use of converter method by measurements on the linear induction electron accelerator LIU-10М are analyzed.

EFFECTIVENESS INCREASE OF ACCELERATOR UIN-10 WORK IN THE MODE OF THE MICROSECOND PULSE SHAPING
Circuit constraints by bremsstrahlung pulse shaping of a microsecond range on the accelerator UIN-10 are reflected. The decision providing the decoupler of electroexplosive breaker and high-voltage impulse generator, and also essentially reducing inductive load of the accelerator is offered. Growth of bremsstrahlung energy efficiency and derivative characteristics is obtained. It is shown that in the given mode of bremsstrahlung pulse shaping use а peaking discharger in system of an electromagnetic pulse forming is not necessary.

PARAMETER OPTIMIZATION OF ACCELERATOR UIN-10 FOR THE MODE OF DOSE PULSE DIALING
Results of work on parameter optimization of accelerator UIN-10 for the mode of dose pulse dialing are presented, namely for the pulse mode duration 1,5-2,5 mcs, which is done by direct discharge of high-voltage impulse generator on load - tube diode. Results of work on construction improvement of target note, allowing to raise bremsstrahlung yield and to increase pulse quantity in change are presented.

ACCELERATOR UIN-10 DIAGNOSIS IN THE MODE OF THE MICROSECOND RADIATION PULSE SHAPING
The improvement of software package «UIN» has allowed to use it for accelerator UIN-10 diagnosis in the mode of a microsecond bremsstrahlung pulse shaping and prompt receipt of information on spectral energy characteristics of an electron beam at the entrance to a target and bremsstrahlung at the point of placement the detector of exposure dose rate. Conditions of setting the magnetic self-insulation in coaxial vacuum line and of forming leakage currents in lead-out high-voltage insulator are estimated.

RESEARCH OF RADIATION PARAMETERS OF ACCELERATOR ARSA CLOSE TO OUTPUT WINDOW
Preliminary radiation research of accelerator ARSA of RISI close to output window for the purpose of its following certification is done. Dose profiles and dose rate in directions, perpendicular tube axes 3 mm away from a window are defined. Radiation yield stability is checked up. Distance dependences of effective pulse duration and amplitude correlation of the first and second peaks in an accelerator impulse on axis are defined. Measurements are made with dosimetric semiconductor detectors DSD2 on the basis of diode KD104A. Maximum pulse dose close to a output window was about 110 Р, maximum dose rate - about 2,5 • 1010 Р/с. The average radiation energy on absorption in TLD stubs on the basis of LiF is estimated.

DEFINITION OF RADIATION PULSE FORM OF ACCELERATOR ARSA
The radiation pulse form of accelerator ARSA deformed by inertial properties of measuring channels is defined. Measuring channels as with dynamic dosimeters, and with silicon semiconductor detector without filters are used. Regeneration is done as by trial and error method of a modeling original signal, and with use of special program ConvLab. Half-amplitude duration of the "regenerated" basic impulse is equal to 2,2 nanoseconds.
