Some aspects of radiation tests of analog bipolar circuits considering ELDRS effect

K.I. Tapero, A.S. Petrov, V.N. Ulimov, A.M. Chlenov

The degradation of bipolar operational amplifiers LM124J depending on dose rate and temperature at radiation is researched. It is shown that the degradation level of probed devices owing to ionizing dose effects considerably increases, if dose rate decreases below 0,01 rad(Si)/s that isn\´t typical for most bipolar devices. It complicates the use of criteria of enhanced low dose rate sensitivity (ELDRS) which are defined in existing standards for radiation test.
